Walmart has really stepped up their game in the past couple of years. It used to be a place where things were of course affordable, but not the most inspiring. Now, you would hardly recognize these pieces as Walmart. You’d think they were a high-end designer brand!
In this post, I’ll cover the top brands to look for and shop from Walmart for home pieces, walk you through the items I actually own and have styled in my home, and then finish it off with a wishlist of other pieces I know you’ll love.
Walmart truly is a very accessible store for all budgets and I love that they’ve taken care to improve the quality of their offerings.

My Favorite Walmart Home Purchases
I’ve curated quite the collection of Walmart finds throughout my home. Even my patio furniture is from Walmart! Here are the best pieces that are well loved and high quality.
Patio Set
Even the outdoor furniture is fantastic at Walmart! We purchased this patio furniture set for our small space and have been so pleased. I love that it included both of the stationary chairs, a loveseat, and an outdoor coffee table.
The crisp white cushions are timeless and bring a light and airy feel to your patio or deck area. You do have to assemble them once they arrive, but it’s super simple and was a fairly quick process.
Tissue Box
For a budget friendly and low maintenance option, try sprucing up your home with a decorative tissue box! This looks great in a bathroom, bedroom, or entryway.
It’s easy to tuck any ordinary tissue box into and instantly makes the space look more styled. The blue checkerboard matches any coastal or grandmillennial style!
Dining Chairs
Do you love the look of Serena & Lily Furniture but have more of a Walmart budget? Me, too! That’s why I love this hack. I purchased these stunning dining chairs from Walmart and did a simple cushion swap to up the appeal and turn them into accent chairs!
The chairs come with white cushions which are totally fine if you don’t want to stomach the extra cost, but if you want some extra interest these Serena & Lily cushion covers take it to another level.
You’d never guess these chairs are from Walmart!
Brass Sconce Lights
These scone lights look so expensive and high end. Can you believe they are another Walmart find? You could even add a patterned fabric to these to if you love more color and texture. I’ve actually transformed another set of white sconces I own to become custom fabric scones. It’s really a simple DIY project!
These looks great in the entryway, den, dining room, living room, and beyond. I love that they are sold as singles so you can buy as many as you need. A pair was the perfect amount for me!
White Rug
Another designer look for less is this stunning white rug. It’s seriously such a great price. This is in a high traffic area of our living space and has kept clean and bright throughout our extensive use.
Plus, it’s easy to clean off with dawn dish soap if it gets dirt on it!
Buffalo Check Tablecloth
Add a chic tablecloth to your dining table or kitchen table to instantly add interest and life to your house! This blue and white buffalo check farmhouse tablecloth was such a great Walmart find.
It’s easy to pair with various centerpieces and goes great with any rattan dining chairs you can find.
Burl Wood Tray
The Drew Barrymore line is SO gorgeous. All of the kitchen appliances are in stunning shades of blue and green that I love. This tray is a hidden gem though!
It is really a great deal and looks designer. You can use it in any area of the home.
You can place frames, trophies, and other decorative objects in it like a small faux plant, mini lamps, etc.
Walmart Wishlist
Here’s a few other Walmart finds I’ve been eyeing! The color scheme in my entire home is mostly blue, white, and natural colors so these pieces are perfect. I could spend so much time browsing through their home goods.

Walmart is a retailer that has budget friendly designer looks for less. It’s quickly becoming one of my favorite online shops to browse when I’m feeling uninspired and need a refresh. Interior designers and ordinary home owners alike all have gravitated toward Walmart’s shift in creating beautiful, timeless pieces.
Whether it’s budget-friendly decor, a new rug, a lamp, or even larger items like patio furniture, Walmart probably has just the thing!
